CEAT Overview

CEAT Limited Is an Indian multinational tyre manufacturing company owned by the RPG Group. It has a presence in global markets. CEAT produces over 165 million tyres a year and manufactures tyres for passenger cars, two-wheelers, trucks and buses, light commercial vehicles, earth-movers, forklifts, tractors, trailers, and auto-rickshaws. The current capacity of CEAT tyres' plants is over 800 tonnes per day.

Problem statement -

  • Client was looking for a kind of solution which can provide them better visibility of ground realities such that strategic decision can be taken quickly and efficiently along with easing day to day work with 20 days of timeline.

Outcome - CEAT is a leading specialty tyres manufacturer where 7C’s take the Flanges responsibility in Pan India. We installed approx 1700 Flange till now and on the other hand we have also provided services of flanges to the rural areas for the first time which gives more success to this project
